Twelve-plus years in this trade — most of them working other companies' routes through San Gabriel Valley homes — taught the lesson the whole business is built on: small pest problems become expensive ones when nobody takes ownership. Those are California Structural Pest Control Board license branches. Branch 2 covers general pests like ants, roaches, rodents and spiders. Branch 3 covers termites and other wood-destroying organisms. ExterMetro holds both, and Branch 3 is what authorizes wood-destroying organism (WDO) inspections.
