Usually same week, and urgent problems often sooner. There's no dispatcher or call center slowing things down — during peak swarm and ant season it may be a few days out, but urgent issues get prioritized.

Yes — call or text (626) 409-1584. You reach the owner directly, not a call center, so questions get answered by the person who does the work.
Do you offer same-week termite inspections?
Typically, yes — same-week termite inspections around Arcadia and the San Gabriel Valley are normal. In the busiest stretches it can be a few days, and we'll always give you a realistic window up front.
Will you show up when you say you will?
That's the point of an owner-operated service. You deal directly with a licensed operator whose own reputation is on the line — when we set a window, we keep it, and we call if anything changes.
